About the role:
As the Senior Manager, IT Strategy you will lead IT Strategy working with Senior Leaders to develop, execute and optimize global IT strategies, make resource allocation decisions, track KPIs, drive technology integration, and facilitate change management while collaborating with functional partners. Reporting to the Director, CIDO Strategy & Operations you will work closely with the leaders across IT, Finance, HR, Corporate Communications and Global Business Services.
Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with IT Leadership and CIDO Strategy & Operations team to develop, refine, and execute global IT strategies that align with business goals and market trends
- Process Optimization: Identify the next big opportunities to enhance efficiency within IT
- Technology Integration: Evaluate integration of cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions into CIDO operations to drive innovation and competitiveness
- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs/OKRs, track progress toward goals for data-driven decisions
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish collaborations that contribute to IT success.
- Key Investment Proposals: Evaluate and make decisions on key investments that align with IT strategies, improving processes and capabilities; considerations: resource allocation, risk mitigation.
- Annual Strat Plan + AOP: Delivering strategic roadmap, detailed objectives and KPIs
- Operational Reports on IT Performance: Highlight key metrics and areas for improvement
- Process Improvement Plans: Lead creation of and acceleration of these program goals
- Technology Integration: Prepare proposals outlining benefits and ROI
- Change Management: Develop framework/plans to ensure successful strategy implementation
What we're looking for:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of related career experience
- Proven experience in IT strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and technology integration.
- Change management and project management experience is a plus.
