About the Role
As an inside sales representative, you will serve as the primary strategic liaison for a defined portfolio of accounts. You’ll own daily communication, deepen executive‑level relationships, and proactively drive revenue and margin growth across your region. By developing tailored, client‑specific solutions, you will help strengthen customer loyalty and position TD SYNNEX as a trusted technology partner.
In this role, you'll not only support customers—you’ll also lead from within. You will coach Inside Account Representatives (IARs) and Inside Account Executives (IAEs), mentor peers, and serve as a resource for navigating complex challenges. You’ll bring seasoned judgment, a solutions‑oriented mindset, and the confidence to collaborate across internal teams and leverage TD SYNNEX leadership when needed.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Customer Leadership
- Own day‑to‑day contact for assigned accounts, building deep, trusted relationships across all customer levels—including executives.
- Travel up to 25% to lead customer meetings, attend strategic events, and engage top clients in person.
- Develop strategic account plans that align customer objectives with TD SYNNEX offerings.
Drive Revenue, Profitability & Regional Growth
- Lead revenue and margin performance for your region, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Generate new opportunities through outbound calling efforts and targeted outreach to prospective customers.
- Understand P&L metrics and make informed pricing decisions, partnering with leadership as needed.
- Own regional P&L holistically, making transactional decisions that optimize profitability.
Deliver Complete, Value‑Driven Solutions
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the TD SYNNEX value proposition, solution portfolio, and supporting Business Units.
- Proactively present relevant cross‑portfolio solutions based on customer goals.
- Identify and expand strategic projects and initiatives within the region.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Build strong internal partnerships with vendor management, finance, purchasing, and operational teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Use sound judgment to resolve complex customer issues and escalate appropriately.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Coach, mentor, and guide Inside Account Reps (IARs) and Inside Account Executives (IAEs) on sales practices, processes, and solution strategies.
- Provide day‑to‑day direction to team members to support productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Step in to support or cover Sales Manager responsibilities as needed.
Business Planning & Strategic Execution
- Develop and present strategic business plans to leadership, highlighting customer opportunities, regional trends, and growth strategies.
- Lead financial strategy for non‑RFP proposals, shaping competitive and profitable solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
- 5–8+ years of relevant sales, account management, or client‑facing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience and education considered.
