As a Homie, you are a bar raiser, this means you come with:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with a strong track record of driving discovery and crafting innovative solutions.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous design projects, highlighting your ability to drive discovery, create unique solutions, and demonstrate advanced craft skills.
• Collaboration and Problem Solving: Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and product managers, to drive product innovation. Creatively and analytically to address design challenges.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma and a willingness to adapt to new design technologies.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
• Ownership: Demonstrated ownership abilities and the capacity to influence and improve design processes and team dynamics.

From messaging to translation, and even automated PTO requests, your main goal will be to ensure seamless communication among all members of companies. By doing so, you'll empower these businesses to concentrate on what truly matters – growing and succeeding!

You’ll report to our our Employee Experiences Design Lead and be an integral part of growing our design culture and practice at Homebase. You’ll partner with engineers, product managers, and other designers to shape the Homebase roadmap and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.
