Your responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and executing strategies to optimize ad delivery across various platforms such as Google Ad Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Support the overall health and performance of ad delivery systems. 

  • Conduct regular system checks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with third-party vendors to maintain system integrity.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support projects aimed at enhancing system capabilities and expanding functionalities. 

  • Assist in defining project goals and writing technical documentation.

  • Perform technical analysis to pivot data and review HTTPS requests. Develop and maintain documentation for ad delivery systems and processes.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $88,200.00 - $140,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience working with ad technology or related technologies at a premium publisher.

  • Proficient in ad delivery platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Smartly, and other ad serving technology. 

  • Familiar with CRM/OMS technology such as Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with coding concepts (e.g., scripting, automation, or data analysis) to help bridge the gap between system capabilities, user experience, and engineering teams.

  • Experience with AI concepts or tools, and the ability to envision and help implement AI-driven solutions or supporting tools to advance our revenue growth.

  • Have an eye for efficiency, usability, scale and automation, and always question how we can make things better, faster, easier.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple
