• Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects (Online and On-Prem).
• Analyze business needs and translate them into system specifications.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with development teams and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proven experience in both Online and On-Premise environments.
• Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
