How you will contribute:

You will drive strong performance of your team through selling profitable sprinkler work from new installs to inspections and executing exceptional customer service to customers within north central, WI. You will actively manage the profit and loss of the sprinkler work of the north central financials, determining annual sales goals for the region. You will have direct oversight of acquisition and overall sprinkler project execution.  This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while mentoring and growing Ahern’s contract business.

 

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will make the most of your 7+ years of experience in a construction type sales/project management type role in a related field, combined with post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience managing financial results is preferred.  A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial.  If you are ready to demonstrate this expertise, Ahern wants you!
