Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

JOB SUMMARY
HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services. Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery.
Men’s Residential and Detox or 890 Residential Services is a program of HealthRIGHT 360 that serves male-identifying clients. This program has approximately 105 beds and provides residential treatment for substance use disorder (SUD) for up to 90 days. Clients are supported by a team of behavioral health professionals who provide counseling and education for substance abuse disorder, life skills, as well as individual and group therapy.
The Lead Client Safety Navigator (Lead CSN) serves as the senior Client Safety Navigator during assigned shifts and functions as the operational lead for the Client Safety Navigator team. This position remains a working Client Safety Navigator while providing guidance, mentorship, and operational support to peers. The Lead CSN promotes consistency and completeness in safety practices, documentation, communication, and client accountability. The Lead CSN also serves as a resource during daily program operations and responds to emergency situations as needed.
This position does not supervise staff and does not have responsibility for disciplinary actions or performance evaluations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shift Operations & Team Support
• Serve as the designated shift lead for Client Safety Navigators during shifts when the Operations Manager is not on site, while continuing to perform all standard Client Safety Navigator duties.
• Coordinate daily workflow and task assignments with the Operations Manager and leadership team to ensure safety and operational priorities are addressed throughout the shift.
• Provide operational guidance, peer support, and assistance to Client Safety Navigators throughout the shift.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for routine operational questions and problem-solving, escalating matters to leadership as appropriate.
• Promote consistency in the implementation of program policies, procedures, and safety expectations.
• Notify leadership when assigned tasks are not completed, safety concerns arise, staffing shortages occur, or additional employee support is needed.
• Elevate client incidents, facility concerns, policy-related issues, and emergency situations to the appropriate on-duty leadership and complete required documentation.
• Communicate staffing concerns and coverage needs to leadership and assist with shift coordination.
• Provide detailed shift pass-downs regarding client concerns, facility issues, staffing matters, and operational updates.
Safety & Security
• Promote a safe, orderly, respectful, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
• Conduct hourly safety rounds of client rooms, offices, common areas, entrances, exits, and the building perimeter.
