The Opportunity:
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will assist a team of procurement professionals by supporting a portfolio of subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements. You will balance multiple priorities to help our clients address both their current and emerging needs effectively. These objectives will be accomplished through close collaboration with internal teams, efficient facilitation of information flow across the supply chain, and the development of strong relationships with suppliers. You will help ensure that sourcing requirements are met promptly and to the highest standards while assisting in negotiating favorable terms to guarantee the timely delivery of quality materials and services. Additionally, you will work to address any issues that may arise during the contracting lifecycle, ensuring that procurement activities remain cost-effective and fully compliant with our approved business systems.
Strategic Leadership
Able to support procurement strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Work to performance expectations and objectives supporting alignment with the market account managers’ overall business strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally and with suppliers to manage inventory levels that optimize availability while minimizing costs.
Help identify potential risks within the supply chain and participate in the development of strategies to mitigate those risks.
Provide business advice and counsel on subcontract or direct procurement matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflicts of interest, and risk management and mitigation. Proactively collaborate across the team to address any issues that may arise during the procurement life cycle.
Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Workforce Collaboration:
Work with a group of administrators to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Work with the Supply Chain Managers to help identify and support opportunities to provide guidance, advice, support, and knowledge to less experienced administrators and technical staff.
Process Optimization:
Analyze your portfolio to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Work with market and supply chain leadership to support data analytics and forecasting tools and techniques to anticipate customer demands, navigate through industry disruptors, and increase operational efficiency.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Support a portfolio of procurement requirements and collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns proactively to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports to team leadership on procurement performance, including spend analysis, supplier performance metrics, and market trends.
Utilize insights from data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement in procurement practices.

You Have:
4+ years of experience in subcontracts or purchasing
2+ year of experience in Federal procurement or subcontract management, including supporting proposals, supplier
