SAP Ariba Consultant

Job Summary

The SAP Ariba Consultant will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and sourcing strategies within SAP Ariba.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP Ariba modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), and Spend Analysis.
  

• Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC) and third-party systems.
  

• Lead requirement gathering sessions, system design, configuration, and testing.
  

• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize procurement workflows and supplier management.
  

• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and recommend system enhancements.
  

• Support data migration, reporting, and analytics for procurement operations.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and support.
  

• Strong expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, and Contract Management.
  

• Experience in SAP Ariba Network and Guided Buying.
  

• Knowledge of SAP Ariba APIs and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
  

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• SAP Ariba certification (preferred).
  

• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
