Senior Manager - Client Engagement

The Senior Manager, Client Engagement will be responsible for building trusted relationships with employers across the South Division resulting in increased value-based care membership and patient volume. This position will identify, outreach to, and build on-going relationships with employer executive teams, coordinating education and sales events, employer sponsored wellness and health screening events and promote Providence during employer open enrollment events. The Senior Manager will develop, coordinate and execute all aspects of the plan, partnering across the organization, manage per diem staff and track outcomes of events ensuring successful achievement of growth goals. The Senior Manager will handle consumer lead collection, identify systems to automate on-going engagement, and to drive growth by partnering with marketing and communications.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Clinical Science, or related field or equivalent educ/experience
- 7 years relevant work experience
- 2 years supervisory or managerial experience
- 5 years of experience with a health insurance, health system or consulting firm
- 5 years of Professional sales experience and/or
- 2 years of Account management experience in healthcare setting
- Experience in health insurance sales and marketing to employers
- Demonstrated success in event planning and coordination
- Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) methodologies, systems, and on-going utilization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - MBA/MHA or a Master’s degree in a related field
- Six Sigma/Lean Certification
