Job Summary/Basic Functions

The occupational therapist will provide school-based services for students at Model Laboratory School (P-12) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The OT provide services for students as determined by student needs identified through the individualized education plan (IEP). Additionally, the position will work with serve as the Assistant Director of the Center for Educator Excellence in facilitating and provide professional development programs for educators.

Licensure & Certifications: Must possess a Master's degree from an accredited institution and required licensure to provide school-based occupational services for K-12 students in Kentucky.
