ASRC Federal System Solutions is seeking a Program Analyst to support the FAA’s Radar System Replacement (RSR) program, the largest and most significant radar modernization effort within the National Airspace System (NAS). The Program Analyst will serve as a key business operations partner to the Program Manager, supporting the stand-up, execution, and ongoing management of the program across financial, contractual, staffing, reporting, and operational functions.

Work location: Remote, with some travel
Clearance: Public Trust. US Citizenship to successfully complete a government issued background investigation.

Summary
This role is central to establishing the program’s operational foundation and ensuring day-to-day business activities are effectively coordinated and controlled. The Program Analyst will work closely with program leadership, contracts, finance, human resources, and technical teams to enable efficient program execution and informed decision-making.

The Program Analyst will support program planning, budgeting, staffing, reporting, and internal coordination while helping implement processes, tools, and governance structures necessary to manage a large, multi-site deployment program. This position requires strong organizational skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to operate across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Support program stand-up activities, including establishment of program processes, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day program execution across financial, contractual, staffing, and operational areas.
• Support budget development, tracking, and forecasting in coordination with finance and program control teams.
• Assist with staffing plans, onboarding coordination, labor tracking, and workforce reporting.
• Coordinate internal and customer reporting, briefings, and program documentation.
• Track action items, risks, issues, and decisions, and support follow-through across program stakeholders.
• Support contract administration activities, including deliverable tracking and coordination with contracts and procurement teams.
• Maintain program artifacts, dashboards, and management tools to support leadership visibility.
• Facilitate coordination between equipment manufacturer, engineering, construction, installation, and business support teams.
• Support continuous improvement of program processes and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience in program analysis, business operations, or project support roles on large or complex programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience supporting budgets, financial tracking, or cost reporting activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with data and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and accountability in managing program information.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to successfully complete a government issued background investigation.
• Flexible to travel when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting FAA programs, federal contracts, or large government infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with program management, program controls, or earned value management concepts.
• Experience supporting program stand-up or transition phases.
• Knowledge of radar systems, NAS infrastructure, or technical deployment programs.
• Prior experience working in a PMO or business management role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or similar certification.
