Home Health Aide Supervisor - Registered Nurse

Iowa Home Care is looking to add to our Clinical Manager Team!  As a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager with a focus on our home health aide/direct care staff you will be serving and leading a team of amazing Home Health Aides and CNA's.  You will provide oversight to Home Health Aide and CNA assignments and coordination of care; verifying that assigned clinicians are well matched to client needs.  You will foster an environment of professionalism, team building, mutual support, accountability, and respect by engaging team members, gathering feedback, providing effective coaching, and coordinating professional development opportunities for team members.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse that loves to develop teams and relationships.
