Internship Global E-Commerce Customer Experiences (CX) (m/f/d) 1

How you will leave your mark:

• You support UX initiatives to improve our customer experiences on the website
• Moreover you are an active part of projects across the whole e-commerce landscape
• You work on onsite web performance and sales analysis
• Hence, you develop competitive benchmark analysis for state-of-the art online experiences, including research work on industry trends and digital solutions 
• You are a partner with markets to support local initiatives

 

How you will experience success with us:

• You are a student (m/f/d) of Economics, Marketing, Management or comparable or are in a gap year
• You have passion and expertise for ecommerce and digital marketing and excel is your secret talent
• English fluent is a mandatory other language skills a plus
• Hands-on mentality and proactive thinking as a Team player
• Curious solution-seeking with excellent skills in all Microsoft office applications
• Interest in data-driven activities and experience with google analytics
