WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Outpatient clinic caring for hematology/oncology patients to provide routine physician office visits and infusion therapies.  
• See approximately 20-30 patients a day.
• Clinic Hours: 7:00 am -5:30 pm
• Prepare, supervisor and control budget, monitor and analyze variances.
• Direct employees to meet all mandatory Human Resource requirements and oversee the process of assuring the clinical competence of personnel. 
• Performs timely and effective service recovery to address patient/family complaints and grievances.
• Identifies oncoming shift’s staffing needs and initiates action that assists in procuring adequate levels of staffing within their control.
• Remains current in and compliant with new developments and technology in areas of responsibility including documentation, medication administration, and monitoring systems

QUALIFICATIONS

• A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
• 3 years Nursing Required
• 1 year Area of practice or related specialty Preferred: BMT, Oncology or Critical Care
