Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive UX/UI design from discovery to delivery for web, mobile, and tablet experiences.
• Optimize subscription funnels and decision-support journeys using evidence (research, analytics, feedback).
• Evolve and govern Design System usage; contribute components and ensure brand + accessibility compliance.
• Establish clear handoff standards and lead UI QA/validation with development teams.
• Define and track UX KPIs; translate insights into design improvements and prioritized recommendations.
• Mentor junior designers and raise design quality through reviews, coaching, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI with high autonomy in complex environments.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, funnel optimization, and/or design system contributions.
• Experience defining UX KPIs and using feedback/analytics to guide product evolution.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a governed, quality-focused context.

Essential skills

• Figma (design systems, components, prototyping) + FigJam for workshops.
• Miro (journey mapping, ideation) or similar collaboration boards.
• Jira / Confluence (agile delivery, documentation, design tracking).
• Basic analytics & feedback tools (e.g., Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics, Hotjar).
• Accessibility practices (WCAG principles, contrast checks, keyboard flow).
