Education: Bachelor’s degree in health care related field and 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area or 5+ years of experience in a directly related field or area and an equivalent combination of education and training that provide the required skills, knowledge, and abilities, combined with demonstrated performance excellence.  Licensure: Clinical experience and Licensures such as RN are preferred Experience: Three to five years of related experience in using a variety of performance improvement tools and principles such as statistical analysis, data management, accreditation and compliance, facilitating and training with adults, and a variety of computer applications and programs.  Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred.
