The role will have responsibilities with both insurance and software divisions within Resilience and will be instrumental in the executing daily operations and processes. 

This is a part-time position, requiring 20–30 hours per week, one day per week in the Cincinnati, OH office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash collections and communications with customers to facilitate on-time payments 
  • Assist with treasury and cash management functions including vendor payments and invoicing
  • Assist with reconciling business activity to external partner statements 
  • Support monthly close activities, general ledger, and financial reporting

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (excel, word)
  • Ability to analyze financial data and payment trends
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
