Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a key member of the Finance and Administration Department, primarily responsible for managing cash and merchant receipt postings, maintaining accounts receivable records, and executing related general ledger entries. This position supports both Fire Fighter Sales & Service Co. and All Lines Technology, Inc and ensures accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. In addition to core accounting duties, the specialist will assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support departmental operations.

- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Reconcile company credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaboration with team members.
- Perform other administrative duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skill in Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
- Professional, business-casual office environment.
- Part-time position (24 hours per week).
- No travel involved.
