Summary To provide day to day financial, administrative, and operational support. Responsible for
processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures
in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice processing.
• Vendor calls and vendor relations.
• Ensure correct approval, sorting, coding, and matching of invoices / receipts.
• Reporting as necessary
• Continuously improve the payment process
• Received not voucher report review.
• Review and research discrepancies of invoices and statements

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education:

• High School Diploma required, College Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 3+ years accounts payable experience
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills
• Must be well organized and a self-starter.
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, and reliable.
