General Duties for Accounts Payable Position

• Process around 100-150 invoices/day
• Major Account Reconciliation and Payment for parts department
• COI requests
• Process credit card payments weekly
• Help clean up old credits on AP accounts
• Assist with Statements
• Vendor application forms
• Assist with audits
• Other Miscellaneous Account Projects as requested by AP lead or Accounting Manager

Skills Required

• Three years accounting experience preferred
• Education is a plus
• MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to multi-task
• Team driven
• Ability to dive into solving problems and find solutions
• Organizational skills are a must
• Brings positive attitude
• Dependable
