Accounts Payable Clerk

In this role, you’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes hero keeping payments smooth, accurate, and on time.

 

What You’ll Be Rocking Every Day

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Match invoices to POs and receipts like a pro
• Prep and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies (you love a good mystery)
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to answer questions and keep things moving
• Maintain clean, organized AP records—because details matter
