Accounting Specialist

We are actively seeking a qualified Accounting Specialist to help grow our finance team.

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic, and someone that takes great pride in their work!

Here are some examples of the actual work your day may include:

• Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level management
• General ledger bookkeeping
• Coding and entering invoices through Sage Intacct
• Reconciling credit card and bank statements
• Processing payments via check or ACH
• Assist Controller as needed

To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
• Sage Intacct experience, preferred
• Ability and willingness to keep & maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
• Enthusiastic, hard-working, team player
