About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing and ensure timely, accurate payments. This role is critical to maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities


Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing and payments
Verify, code, and process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies
Research discrepancies and resolve vendor issues
Prepare and schedule payments (check, ACH, credit card, wire)
Maintain organized records and support documentation
Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations
Manage vendor setup, W-9 collection, and payment verification
Process employee reimbursements and credit card reconciliations
Support AP automation tools and workflow improvements

Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
Experience with accounts payable processes
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
NetSuite experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
