Position Overview

The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the Accounting & Customer Service Supervisor for the Division of Vital Records. The individual will implement and carry out policy for the total administrative and accounting process of the Accounting and Customer Service Unit. The individual will plan, direct and supervise staff responsible for accounting functions in the Office. They will serve as grant manger for Vital Records and coordinate budget preparation, analysis and reporting. They will interact with customers in person, regarding complex inquiries or unique situations. Serves as a working supervisor. We welcome all qualified candidates to apply today.
