Accounting ClerkSERVPRO® – Restoration ServicesJoin a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your accuracy, organization, and customer service skills help drive our mission: making it “Like it never even happened.” We’re looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper/Data Entry to support our operations through efficient billing, collections, and administrative coordination. Primary Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Data Entry

• Process customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Apply customer payments and maintain up-to-date account records
• Manage customer collection activities professionally and effectively
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
• Post all bills and expenses in QBO and other Software.
• Maintain Vendor and Subcontractor documentation.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:Experience & Skill Set

• 2+ years of business/office experience
• 1+ years performing collection activities
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, courteous communication style
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication (proper grammar required)
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced office
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or within a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms such as Xactimate® and SERVPRO proprietary software
• Experience in restoration, cleaning, or insurance industries is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in Accounting preferred, or 2–3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience

  Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
