Accounting and Reporting Manager/Specialist

• Provides support during month / year-end closing for relevant entity (part of SupplyCo Lux-TCM business activities)
• Performs month-end tasks such as unbilled revenue calculation, posting of journal entries, currency conversions and revaluations in SAP, accruals in SAP, intercompany reconciliation, trial balance reconciliation
• Monthly uploads to Co-Process (a tool for group inter-company clearing) and posting of monthly netting statements
• Manages monthly legal entity entries in HFM (group consolidation tool) in accordance with regional and group reporting requirements
• Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the legal entity and tracks items that do not match
• Treasury activities: creation of weekly payment proposal and payment run, bank statement postings
• Collaborates with sales and procurement officers and delivers accurate sales and purchase reports within the income statement and balance sheet
• Helps with VAT returns as required
• Participates in preparation of short-term forecast and budget and provides technical support with upload in HFM
• Assists in internal and external financial audit
• Assists with ad-hoc / project assignments as needed
• Responsible for implementing effective internal controls within the reporting function
• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement in the reporting function
• Ensures proper filing of accounting records in accordance with the Company's Guide to Company Policy

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in accounting/reporting function
• Fair understanding of IFRS principles
• Good excel skills
• Experience with SAP, D365 and HFM is considered as a plus
