As an Accounting Analyst within PNC's Centralized Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.
Accounting Analyst will be responsible for daily invoices, correcting bills, will be responsible for reconcilements. Eventually, the Accounting Analyst will be doing quality reviews. They will correct Commercial Loan invoices prior to distribution.
Internal interactions will occur, thus strong communication skills are necessary to speak with service partners via verbal and writing.
Attention to detail, professionalism, and accountability are critical to success within this role.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description
- Performs various clerical and routine accounting tasks in support of an operating unit.
- Posting entries, verifying and reconciling input to financial reporting systems.
- Responding to inquiries and contacting other departments or vendors to resolve a variety of problems.
- Entering cash transactions in ledgers and reconciling cash reports; preparing bank deposits.
- Processing payments and assisting in preparation of billings and other financial reports.
