Process accounts payable transactions, including verification, GL coding, and vendor profile maintenance.
Handle both PO and non-PO vendor invoices in the NetSuite system.
Review and match purchase orders and vendor invoices before processing payments.
Work with vendors, buyers, and receiving departments to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.
Audit and process employee expense reports per company policies.
Assist with month-end closing, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and flux analysis.
Provide necessary documents for audits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
At least three (3) years of accounting experience, preferably in CPA firms.
Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Well-organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
