Position Summary

The Account Support Specialist Team Lead will be responsible for maintaining the TriumphPay Payments and Audit core information, including setting up accounts and maintaining the core information to reflect changes or modifications to the account.  This individual will also provide training and support to the Account Support Specialist team.  A high degree of organization, attention to detail and initiative will be required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong knowledge base of TriumphPay products and an understanding of how the core supports these product capabilities.

  • Complete the setup of new accounts within the internal system.

  • Perform same day quality control review for changes made by other Account Support Specialists.

  • Create and maintain product billing rates, as requested.

  • Train Account Support Specialist team members on various systems and processes.

  • Research and resolve inquires and issues that arise.

  • Maintain Client Folders in Egnyte and the payment system with updated information.

  • Compile weekly audit reports.

  • Assemble documentation for audits.

  • Compose monthly reporting for team’s volume.

  • Effectively partner with Relationship Managers, Credit or Operations to ensure accuracy on system setup.

  • Administer the annual rate increases for the core systems.

  • Maintain a customer service mindset when performing duties to ensure seamless, high-quality experience for our TriumphPay clients and stakeholders.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education

The successful candidate will possess organizational and critical thinking skills.  Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

  • 5+ years’ experience in system admin roles, quality control, front line business support or other related fields. 

  • Experience in the transportation industry or financial services is a plus.

Skills & Abilities Required

  • Demonstrate initiative and be able to work independently and as part of the team.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new and changing technologies.

  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with clarity in a complex situation.
