Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Supervisor to join our team and play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing management and evolution of the CRM and digital experience program. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of the CRM strategy, ensuring seamless communication between the client, internal teams (including strategy, creative, technology, and analytics), and external vendors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CRM principles, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. What you'll do:

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all CRM-related matters.

 

• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.

 

 

• Proactively identify client needs and opportunities to improve CRM performance.

 

 

• Lead regular client meetings, providing updates on project progress, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.

 

 

• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with the CRM program.

 

 

Project Management & Execution:

 

 

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of the CRM implementation plan, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 

 

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

 

 

• Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, technology, analytics) to ensure seamless integration and execution of CRM initiatives.

 

 

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, in partnership with our Delivery team.

 

CRM Strategy & Optimization:

 

• Collaborate with the strategy team to develop and refine the CRM strategy based on client objectives and market trends.

 

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

 

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

 

 

• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

• Contribute to the development of best practices for CRM implementation and management, including educating brand partners of CRM opportunities for an integrated marketing approach.

 

 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
