Description

As an Account Manager, you will leverage Granular's precision risk solution to provide self-funded employers with more predictable benefit plan protection. You are a builder, able to plan strategically for the benefit of the business and you thrive in a fast paced environment. 

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the consultant advisors.
• Gather valuable feedback from the field on pricing, market challenges, innovation and the competitive landscape to share with the appropriate departments within Granular.
• Maintain well documented and up to date records on all of the the clients. Work with the Analysts, and later the Account Management team, to build and distribute regular client reporting.
• Effectively communicate with Advisors and their client's actionable steps based on these reports, to help better manage the healthcare.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• An understanding on a broad level of health insurance and the healthcare marketplace.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Resilience, determination, creativity and a positive outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An indefatigable desire to build something that will be both exciting and impactful.
• A&H license.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 -120,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
