We are hiring for an Account Manager, Partner Operations to join our Partner Operations Team.

The Account Manager, Partner Operations embodies Evolent’s value “Start by Listening,” forging deep relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to our partners. We are looking for a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to help build our Partner Operations function and contribute to our strategy and success through the voice of our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support day-to-day service and delivery for assigned accounts
- Manage account KPI’s and SLA’s, flagging risks and opportunities
- Organize and prep for account strategy reviews, cross-functional meetings, and relevant working groups
- Project manage prep, SME roles, etc. for partner performance reviews and Joint Operating Committee Meetings including advance identification of potential drivers of outlier trends to contribute to story boarding
- Lead targeted client interactions, such as RAD/Ops calls
- Contribute to strategy to drive client satisfaction, retention and financial health
- Creation and distribution of non-automated client reporting
- Work with all internal departments in addressing and/or resolving client and Evolent’s needs
- With Ops and Network leadership, monitoring issue resolution and ensuring appropriate, timely follow up by Evolent’s team members; advocating on behalf of partner within Evolent to overcome challenges to partner satisfaction and provides feedback to address root causes of satisfaction issues
- Advocating for partner culture, serving as an ambassador and the go-to expert on partner priorities and how to get things done within the partner organization
- Partner reference ability, satisfaction and retention
- Partner financial health
Qualifications – Required and Preferred:
- 2 or more years in account management role (Preferred)
- Exceptionally high “Emotional Intelligence” – able to connect with diverse constituents, actively listen, and identify key areas of sensitivity (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and problem solve with key partner stakeholders (Required)
- A tenacious partnership ethos with a relentless focus on follow through and maintaining trust (Required)
- A steady demeanor with the judgement to determine when to escalate and how to prioritize competing inputs (Required)
- The intellectual curiosity to get to the bottom of partner issues and opportunities and the willingness to roll up sleeves and work toward solutions in partnership with operations counterparts and centralized resources (Required)
- Excellent verbal, listening and presentation skills (Required)
Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
