The EPIC Account Manager Level II we are looking for someone to: 

Lead and manage a set of strategic/key account relationships to grow sales volume output per relationship. Work with VP’s and executive teams to maximize client retention and assist clients in the use of the organization's products and/or services. Will be an integral part of providing proactive provider support with a focus on increasing performance and patient finance plan activations. Coordinates internal resources to meet and exceed performance objectives and customer expectations. Identify opportunities to increase sales of products and/or services and analyze competitor activities to assess any threats to important clients. Responsible for all implementation and onboarding efforts for provider accounts and clients ensuring a seamless experience.  Typical sales cycles may be long and can be complex, with high levels of service required.  Considered highly skilled at sales techniques and demonstrates strong understanding of company products/services. Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales experience. 


Responsibilities 

  • Understand providers’ unique integration & configurations with HFD  
  • Manage and support key provider relationships to ensure stability and continued growth in revenue and originations on an annual basis 
  • Can work with VP's and executives to grow account value 
  • Enterprise level/Multi-State account management success  
  • Manage Consultant and RevShare relationships 
  • Perform quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders – from executive level audiences all the way down to frontline office management if warranted to succeed. 
  • Focus on growing activations at the provider location level to drive loan volume per relationship managed 
  • Support new sales efforts and land key deals that benefit HFD and its investors 
  • Onboard new providers to the HFD platform and train provider staff to achieve origination activity quickly. 
  • Collaborate with other members of the Engagement and Sales teams to effectively manage expectations and ensure successful relationship growth 
  • Convey provider feedback on HFD’s existing products and future product roadmap 
  • Report to manager and leadership detailing accomplishments, areas for improvement, clear performance goals, and effectiveness of systems. 
  • Ensure that work is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines. 
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. 
  • Make outbound calls and log into our CRM system 
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

 

The ideal candidates possess: 

  •  Must reside in Pacific Time Zone, prefer CA  
  • Strong organization and presentation skills 
  • A propensity for relationship-building 
  • Industry knowledge 
  • Time management and prioritization skills 
  • Ability to speak technical jargon and explain technical things to non-technical people 
  • Strong follow-through with workstreams and follow-ups 
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly. 
  • Ability to collaborate in a team setting.  

Preferred: 

  • professional selling skills training 
  • 8+ years' experience or proven track record 
  • Enterprise level/multi-state account management success 
  • Customer service experience 
Salary Description $80k - $115k Dependent on Experience
