About the Team: The Service Sales team at ZF Active Safety supports multiple OEMs across the globe. The Key Account Manager role will be required to work across all functional groups in Service and Production to support their Service customer.  The Service Sales team is expected to collaborate across all functions internally, and globally, to provide our customers with the best solutions.A key to success for this role is being an effective communicator, providing great follow up, and displaying a collaborative, team style approach.

 

What you can look forward to as an Account Manager

• Monitor sales and margin performance to provide influence on financial reporting function and identify / execute corrective actions
• Quantify customer opportunities to support the development of the Operating Plan
• Build positive working relationships with key customer personnel
• Develop and maintain relationships with ZF OE customer account teams
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through second line and remanufacturing programs

 

Your profile as an Account Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or equivalent Account Management experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Aftermarket automotive experience required
• Microsoft Office; Strong Excel skills a must 
• Knowledge of braking commodity preferred 
• Sales and Marketing experience required
• Project Management experience preferred
• Knowledge of relationships in the aftermarket industry
