The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:
The Account Development Representative role manages and grows sales revenue in addition to developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through a mix of inside and outside sales activities. This role combines the efficiency of phone and virtual sales with the impact of field travel to nurture, expand, and retain client accounts. The Account Development Rep will travel approximately 25%-30% to visit clients within a defined territory to strengthen relationships and close sales. Success in this position requires strong negotiation and presentation skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

What You’ll Do at Justrite:
- Proactively manage and monitor a pipeline of accounts with a focus on growth and new business development.
- Conduct regular outbound calls and virtual meetings to identify customer needs, present solutions and drive sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets, account retention goals and territory growth objectives on a quarterly basis. Sales targets may include upselling, cross-selling and new business.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet face-to-face with customers, strengthen relationships, and negotiate contracts within company policies.
- Consistently exceed sales quotas by identifying upselling, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Develop territory and account growth strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and results in CRM.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development and customer service to ensure and communicate exceptional service and communicate current marketing campaigns and upcoming product enhancements
Performance Metrics
- Develop sales action plans with each account or product category
- Align with ongoing marketing campaigns and execution strategies
- Use data analysis skills to monitor customer sales and develop strategies to close gaps and increase sales.
- Achieve sales quotas as reviewed with manager
Your Skills and Expertise:
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
- Minimum of 4 years sales experience preferably within B2B sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, negotiate and close sales with small to medium size accounts and maintain relationships at all levels
- Excellent independent multi-task planning, product development and organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to display and thrive in a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
- Proficient in MS Office products and SalesForce.com or similar CRM
