$35,000 - $42,875; commensurate with experience

Job Summary/Basic Function

Perform departmental receiving and accounting procedures for all money generated through the sale of parking permits, parking meters, parking tickets, boot removal fees and credit card sales; responsible for all departmental accounts payables; reconcile monthly financial statements for parking and shuttle bus for receivables and payables; verify for accuracy department payroll account; prepare paperwork related to shuttle bus trips. Please note: some night and weekend work MAY be required on occasion.

Required Education

High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.

Required Related Experience

Two (2) years experience in bookkeeping, office, and/or customer service required.
