Account Assistant Fixed Term Contract

Selection communication & design is part of Perfetti Van Melle - a global confectionary company and makers of global product brands.

We are currently seeking for an Account Assistant, who will support the Account team during the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery; reporting to the Account Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities, managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing.
• Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Communicate with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval).
• Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion.
• Undertake administrative tasks.

Skills required:

• Degree in Marketing or Communication
• At least 1 year experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
• Fluent in English (level C1
