Some of the tasks you can expect to be involved in include:</p><ul><li><p>Active safety leadership whether in the wind turbine or back office, ensure correct reporting of incidents and accidents, near misses and unsafe acts and conditions. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SGRE standards and UK legislation in relation to EHS, Quality and Service delivery</p></li><li><p>Responsible for technical and safety documentation production and management. You will also drive and develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements for work packages or tasks. In addition to developing and delivering technical and safety Tool Box Talk’s</p></li><li><p>Technical lead for the management of day to day technical queries with Service Technology and field staff. You will be responsible for the remote diagnosis of turbine faults and direct technical supervision of critical tasks as required</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with customer and contractual obligations whilst executing work packages and tasks</p></li><li><p>Involvement in technician competency development and mentoring both for customer, contractor and SGRE technicians</p></li><li><p>Own the creation of daily, weekly plans for site teams in conjunction with on site staff and Campaign operational Planners</p></li><li><p>Aim to increase customer satisfaction as well as SGRE commercial performance by looking to optimise availability and reduce downtime.</p></li><li><p>Occasionally cover for the Site Manager role therefore have a basic understanding of the key deliverables of this role</p></li></ul><p></p><p> <b>What you need to make a difference</b></p><p></p><p>A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
