The Junior Application Manager is responsible for basic business application administration and will provide day-to-day operational support to internal teams. This role partners clearly with Operations, Data Analytics, Sales and other departments to drive greater efficiencies with processes, reporting, tools etc. and tackle business application data quality issues. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operation of the business.

Candidates for this role should be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, analytical abilities and some experience administrating business applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.

Responsibilities:

•  Handle day-to-day configuration change requests on our business applications
•  Manage user roles and access control on our business applications
•  Responsible for analyzing source data quality on different business applications
•  Responsible for data cleanliness and identifying and resolving data inaccuracies within our systems
•  Responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards requested by operations and data analytics team
•  Organize and consolidate information from multiple systems and utilize Microsoft Excel to prepare lists/reports; importing/exporting of data between various systems
•  Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, and system configuration modifications
•  Maintain regular project progress updates and documentation for business application configuration changes
•  Other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of relevant working experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or Information Technology
• Proficient in working with data and experience with using MS Excel
• Experience with developing simple configuration/ automation scripts using Python or other scripting languages
• Experience administrating and performing configuration changes to Salesforce platform is a plus
• Experience using data analysis and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
•  Excellent attention to detail
•  Impeccable organizational and analytical skills
•  Ability to work in a team environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
