Construction Project Manager (Restaurant or Retail Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of restaurant and retail construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing multiple buildouts, remodels, and renovations within the restaurant or retail sectors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety and design standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks or delays.
• Manage change orders, cost tracking, and contract compliance.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and client specifications.
• Support the development of new restaurant or retail locations, including remodels, rebrands, and rollouts.
