Job Title: Team Member
Seeking a motivated Team Member to join our team. Responsible for a variety of tasks as it relates to warehousing and shipment of goods. Team Members are cross trained on a variety of tasks within the distribution center. They are expected to perform their jobs with a high regard for Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost. On-Time delivery of products to customers is a high priority.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
- Load, Unload, stage, and store product using various powered industrial trucks.
- Pick product in less than pallet load quantities and manually assemble mixed product pallets.
- Stack/un-stack products as needed, lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs. on a frequent basis and up to 65 lbs. on an occasional basis.
- Manage performance against company productivity standards and measures.
- Meet KPI's for Facility, including Cost per Pallet
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent degree, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years general work experience, required.
- 12 months experience operating a Powered Industrial Truck (forklift) in a Warehouse or Distribution Center, loading/unloading trucks, storing and retrieving required.
- Prior experience operating slip sheet attachments and/or reach trucks, preferred.
