As a Marketing Assistant at This Is Voice, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing department's day-to-day operations and campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and team members to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.
• Social Media Management: Maintain and update social media profiles, schedule posts, and engage with the online community to build brand awareness.
• Marketing Campaigns: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and events.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences, and provide actionable insights.
• Data Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing data, including website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance.
• Email Marketing: Help create and distribute email campaigns, newsletters, and automation sequences to target audiences.
• Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing materials, such as social media graphics and email templates.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities, including scheduling meetings, managing marketing materials, and maintaining databases.

Requirements
