As the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be the primary architect responsible for integrating and elevating the global marketing organization across Notified and Equiniti. You will serve as the CMO’s principal partner in orchestrating the integration of teams, aligning strategy, driving operational discipline, and advancing our marketing technology and measurement capabilities.
You will play a critical role in shaping our future, unifying fragmented teams, and ensuring all regions and functions operate at a fast, high-performing level. Your mandate includes leadership of the marketing technology stack, management of digital properties, KPI and analytics ownership, and oversight of the entire global marketing budget. This role is pivotal for our transformation and is seen as the primary succession path to the CMO role.
Location: 2321 Rosecrans Avenue, El Segundo, CA. Our expectation at this time is you will work from our office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities:
CMO Enablement:
Act as the operational and strategic partner to the CMO, proactively driving focus, alignment, and execution on top priorities.
Integration & Planning:
Orchestrate the integration of Notified and Equiniti marketing teams, processes, and operating rhythms globally.
Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, collaborating with the CMO and marketing leaders to define strategy, priorities, and execution plans.
KPI, Measurement & Analytics:
Own the development and ongoing improvement of marketing measurement, analytics, and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with BI, data, and IT teams to deliver robust dashboards and actionable insights across all marketing functions.
Define, track, and communicate KPIs, campaign results, and business impact for marketing leadership and executive management.
Budget & Resource Management:
Oversee and manage the entire global marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, allocation, and tracking.
Work with finance partners and marketing leaders to ensure optimal ROI and disciplined stewardship of all marketing spend.
Operational Excellence & Talent Upleveling:
Design and optimize processes and workflows to drive clarity, speed, and accountability.
Support talent assessment, upskilling, and organizational design to build a high-performing, collaborative team.
Lead change management and culture-building initiatives to foster cohesion and trust across all regions.
Priority Management & Communication:
Organize, track, and communicate key priorities, initiatives, and results for the CMO and executive leadership.
