About the role

The Associate Brand Manager, Advil drives brand performance through data-driven analytics, strong cross-functional collaboration, and flawless marketing execution. This role analyses business and KPI trends to identify growth opportunities, leads e-commerce content and media strategy across customer platforms, and supports end-to-end innovation across multiple new product launches.

This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in-office, reporting to Haleon’s Warren, NJ office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Management & Analytics

  • Analyze business performance to uncover drivers and drainers, recommending actions to strengthen brand health and consumption short-term and long-term.

  • Report on consumption, share, equity, media, and digital performance.

2. Innovation Brand PAL

  • Support brand strategy input across the full innovation lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.

  • Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Insights, Packaging, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to drive aligned innovation plans.

  • Lead go-to market planning in collaboration with agency and cross-functional teams, including launch timing, channel strategy, and execution plans.

  • Support financial evaluation of innovation projects, including business cases, volume forecasts, and launch assumptions.

  • Advise packaging development to ensure strong shelf impact and brand consistency.

3. E-Commerce

  • Oversee digital performance & media allocation across major retailers.

  • Manage creative development and approvals, ensuring alignment with brand, promotions, retailer & MRL requirements, brand objectives, and platform best practices.

  • Partner with Amazon team on assortment optimization for creation of new packs that will drive incremental brand performance.

  • Partner with Last Mile leads on campaign planning, spend allocation and cross-retailer activations.

Why you? 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing related role with familiarity with market insight systems (e,g, IRI/Nielsen/Numerator), digital analytics, social listening, and performance media dashboards working in a related industry.

  • Experience executing full-funnel marketing campaigns.

  • Experience driving and leading a marketing project.

  • Must be data‑driven with ability to identify patterns, drivers, risks and opportunities.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipates needs, and proposes solutions rather than waiting for direction.

  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and tracks progress carefully.

  • Demonstrated ability to builds strong relationships, communicate clearly and adapt to different audiences.

  • Must be comfortable navigating evolving digital tools, platforms, and content requirements.

  • Actively seeks consumer insights and incorporates them into decisions and understands how consumers shop, behave online, and perceive brands.

  • Must be able to work in high volume, fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience preferably in CPG.

  • Executing full funnel marketing campaigns.

  • Experience working with creative, media and shopper agencies.

  • Experience leading a consumer-focused project (e,g, Innovation project, Marketing Campaign).

Compensation: The salary range for this role is: $115,765 - $1
