Job Duties: Associate, Project Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Utilize data, analytical, business analysis, project management and decision visualization tools to drive projects to completion on budget, with quality & high customer satisfaction. Participate in product, product strategy, and solution design decisions that will require him to collaborate across multiple functions across GBM business, operations & Engineering. Identify and manage project risks from inception to completion while proposing solutions and mitigants. Provide oversight over the project book of work, ensuring cross project dependencies, risks, and budget are aligned and proactively managed. Leverage Agile methodologies and governance tools & responsible for concise and effective communication to senior management, providing transparency on project progress, risks & issues.

Job Requirements: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related analytical field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related analytical field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include one (1) year (with a Master’s degree) or three (3) years (with a Bachelor’s degree) with: project management tools including JIRA, to track complex programs from initiation to go-live; project management frameworks including project scope definition, identifying cross functional project issues, challenges, risks, status reporting and User Acceptance Test execution; interacting and building relationships with senior management and global stakeholders; and translating business requirements into engineering deliverables.
