About the Job – Your Role
You will supervise Institution Registered Nurses, as well as Registered Nurses who have been designated as Lead Workers and Health Services Technicians.
Your duties will include recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, assigning, and managing employee performance. You will establish and manage systems to deliver medical, dental, hospice, psychiatric treatment, and medications services on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis for inmates housed in a variety of units
