Apply now for the position of an experienced HR Generalist (m/f/d) - Hungary, and you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and partnering with managers and employees to deliver high-impact HR solutions at both Siemens Healthineers companies in Hungary (Varian Medical Systems Hungary Kft., Siemens Healthcare Kft.). This role spans all core areas of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor and ensure alignment between business objectives and people practices.
Your role:
You will oversee and execute majority of HR operations including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations.
You will support managers in people development.
You will drive quality initiatives and process improvement as well as manage GRIP harmonization and adjustment.
You will support compensation and benefits processes like merit increase, salary adjustment, bonus payout.
You will ensure legal compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations as well as update old employment agreements of employees.
You will provide HR support and guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and managers driving employee communication regarding HR related topics.
You will support employee relations issues, ensuring resolution aligns with company values and employment laws. You will play a Mediator role in conflict situation.
You will assist in designing and executing HR programs and initiatives (e.g., engagement, DE&I, wellbeing, health insurance).
You will support payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS accuracy and updates. You will support employees regarding usage of new HR tools.
You will analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR strategies and decision making
You will cooperate closely with HR Country Head Hungary (line manager) and with EMEA expert HR team
Your expertise:
You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
