From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic, and labelling is accurate.</p><p>Eurofins is dedicated to delivering testing services that contribute to the health and safety of society and the planet, and to its corporate responsibility to protect the environment and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across the entire network of Eurofins companie<em>s.</em></p><p> </p><h3>Descripción del empleo</h3><p><strong><u>In a nutshell</u></strong></p><p>As an Associate IT Project Manager, you will participate in different projects that spans from our HR- Payroll system implementation (Summar) to other IT Financial solutions.</p><p><strong><u>Where will you be based and what business will you support?</u></strong></p><p>Reporting to our Local IT Finance Team based in Barcelona- which main goal is to provide support, develop and enhance our IT Finance, Purchasing and HR tools- as an Associate IT Project Manageryou will participate in many system and projects roll-outs that may vary according to our business and ad-hoc needs.</p><p><strong><u>How can you help us?</u></strong><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Implementation support:</strong> you will work on the implementation of our Payroll (Summar); Finance (AX2012), Purchasing (Coupa), and Travel expenses (Coupa) modules, under the guidance of the area Leaders; to <strong>integrate new Companies to the defined model </strong></p><p><strong>Technical and functional support</strong>: you will gather requirements, write functional and technical specifications, provide configuration support and initial troubleshooting.  </p><p><strong>User support</strong>: you will lead working sessions, write training documentation,  perform user acceptance and regression testing </p><p><strong>Business and process improvements projects</strong>: you will identify,  implement and manage ad-hoc projects to attend specific, and business value-added needs. Experience in SQL language and data bases will be highly valued</p><p>You have experience providing training and support to end users while nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. </p><p>You have solid communication skills both with technical and non-technical audiences, and you are fluent both in English and Spanish</p><p>You are organized, process-oriented and enjoy taking ownership of tasks proactively </p><p>You have a higher Education degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar disciplines.</p><p><strong><u>What else should I know?</u></strong></p><p>Functional knowledge of HR flows and activities; and experience with Summar, (Labor/Mentor) are a big plus!</p><h3>Información adicional</h3><p><strong>We support your development! </strong>Do you feel you don’t match 100% of the requirements?
