Your New Role...

We are seeking a highly organized Sr. Program Manager to join our product team focused on Privacy & Data Compliance, Accessibility, and the Kids Experiences for our streaming platforms. As Sr. Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing communication strategies, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and effective program delivery. As the Sr. Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving collaboration through effective, inclusive, scalable communication, as well as driving efficient project management mechanisms. You will report directly to the SVP of Product for Compliance, Accessibility, and the Kids Experience. You will need to interface regularly with product, engineering, program, business, and legal partners.

Your Role Accountabilities...

As a key contributor at WBD, you will: 

• Program Management: Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities related to delivery of large cross functional initiatives. Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate risks. 

• Product Roadmap and Impact: You will maintain a portfolio view of the roadmap, priorities,  KPIs, and mechanisms to effectively communicate status to leadership and stakeholders. This includes identifying issues that impede team success and providing solutions/recommendations. 

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between the Product team and other departments and stakeholders. Organize team trainings and collaborative exercises to foster continuous education and cohesion across the team. 

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness of product development processes, ensuring smooth coordination between various teams involved in the product lifecycle.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, team members, and external partners. Act as a trusted advisor on program/project management best practices and provide guidance on operational matters. 

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends. Identify opportunities for process and team improvement and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, innovation, and quality within the core product team

Qualifications & Experience...

• Proven experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role supporting product management teams. 

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, with a focus on results and outcomes. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. 

• Strong understanding of product management lifecycle and processes. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and next steps.  

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 

• Strong leadership and influence abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
